When are you open and what’s on the menu each day?

• We are open Tuesday - Saturday 11am-6pm

• The menu changes daily, please see the weekly menu page for this weeks offerings.

• We are slowly working towards being open more days/hours. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate our expanding hours.

• We do not take phone orders, please come into the shop to order. First come first serve. All food is prepared and ready to go.
  

Can I re-heat the rotisserie chicken and porchetta at home?

Yes! You can re-heat the chickens at home if needed and it’s very easy.

1. Preheat your oven to 350° F

2. Remove rotisserie chicken or porchetta from packaging and place in an oven-safe dish. Cover with foil to prevent meat from drying out.

3. Let roast for approximately 25 minutes. Remove the foil and let roast an additional 5 minutes to crisp up the skin.

4. Remove from oven and enjoy!

How long do the sausage/charcuterie stay good for?

In an un-opened package, our sausages will stay good for a week to a week and a half in the refrigerator. Our charcuterie will last a week and a half to two weeks in the refrigerator. Once the package is opened we recommend to eat product within a day or two. All our sausages freeze well and can be stored in a freezer for up to 6 months.
